This segment builds on my Adaptations of my black mind episode further diving into how truama in the form of psychological and 1st hand or ancestral experiences can shape the brain and mindset which can play a role in your reality. But also, SOULutions on how to shift out of those programmed perspectives to change your life and attune to your birthright of ABUNDANCE. Intend this helps! 🫶🏾💜✨️

All May long, I will be sharing Mantras that I create to bring forth more mental health awareness, and just more mental peace and clarity. Overall, those are my intentions, so look out every Monday for a Mental May Mantra.

This series is gonna be a collection of tips for manifesting our vision and goals this year.

Segment 1:

goes into the importance of reprogramming your mindset to create the reality of your wildest dreams. And how to be aware to avert the challenges that may arise but CAN'T STOP US!

Segment 2:

Going against the collective consciousness grain when it's not beneficial. Being aware of your energetic environment. The mindset of your circle, etc.

Hello, SOULution Seekers this episode is about my platform's casual nature, this spirit lead delivery is to cultivate peace and be realistic for the lifestyle of a full-time mom-preneur, while healing on this journey called life. I don't have it all figured out and may not ever, but we are in this together as a community of healers, empowerers, and inspirerers. lol yeah, I make up words. But yeah, don't let the delivery deter you from the blessing of the word. Superficiality doesn't reside in heaven on earth. Everyone has something to bring to the table. I don't judge a book by their cover. Gems(Word of GOD) are everywhere!
