In the Final Episode for Season 1: Ms. Cole has a candid conversation with parents about taking ownership and responsibility for their children's well bell and access to an high quality education. 

Ms. Cole discusses the emotional and mental stress Covid-19 is causing for children, teens, and educators in America. She gives advice to listeners on how to help their children Survive Covid-19 Mentally. 

Ms. Cole discuses the reality of racial tensions in schools and the daily, negative impacts it has on educators and ultimately students. She encourages listeners to be direct with identifying racism and oppression within the school system and gives them advice on how to effectively address racial tensions.   

Ms. Cole discusses the Presidential Election of 2020 and how we should learn from it and as a Nation uphold unity to dismantle oppressive systems and remove people that are not properly leading, representing, or advocating for them and their children.
