How do you become a responsible risk taker and not a reckless risk taker? From our decade long experience of taking both big and small risks, we share some of the steps we take when considering a risk in order to mitigate the impact and manage the outcome.

We always knew we wanted to have children, but a family history of infertility issues and the fact that we were both poor students about to go on a year abroad meant that we weren’t sure when. So, like always, we made some pretty crazy decisions, some big risks…

We got married after just 3 months of dating and we were both super young. Although it didn’t feel like it at the time, this was a huge risk and one that we feel has paid off. But there were so many things that could have gone wrong and these days, the odds of a successful marriage aren’t great.
