So many of us struggle with the concept of adulthood as we aren’t really taught what that means for us on an emotional/spiritual level. This episode explores the importance of parenting the inner child so we can fully mature.

As Empath’s we feel DEEPLY and often were taught to push those feelings aside. It’s time we allow ourselves to validate our experiences. In this episode I further explore and discuss why it’s so imperative.
