When we ‘Re-Do’ the thing, the poor meal choice, the argument with our partner, the discussion with our boss, whatever it maybe whilst in a meditative state we start to create new patterns of natural behaviour.

New neurological pathways are created, the circuit of electrical impulses change and we start to change our auto pilot.

The more we can do this, the more we engrained the new action into our subconscious.

And whilst we maybe can’t go back in time and change what happened, by ‘re-doing’ it, we can begin to change our natural behaviour, meaning that the next time you find yourself in a similar situation you are more likely to default to the ‘redo’ you than the you that you wanted to re-do…

Such a powerful way to use hindsight as a tool to empower you and help you to create the future life that you desire!

Just some notes on Projector Burnout for my current self and my future self…

It’s been a while, but I am back using the Human Design transit to help me to reclaim my power.

I follow the sun as it moves around the 64 gates and I harness the energy that is activates around us to further my growth and my alignment… to reclaim my power!✌🏻

I really wanted to log this story for my future self to remind me that my body does know what is right for me and to show you how that unfolded for me with Celery Juice.

Hopefully this will help you to see how these little nudges, these ‘knowings’ that we have should be trusted and not ignored.
