Today we're wrapping up the Feminine Reset 4 Day Experience!! I spoke about regulating our emotions and using our ever-changing waves as tools to connect deeper with our people. Tending to our emotionality as woman only needs our willingness to grow in love moment to moment.

The feminine lives in feeling. This is about returning our body back home to homeostasis.

- Can we embrace the penetration and soil of this season?

Cycle syncing is when you change lifestyle habits like your diet, exercise routine, your daily schedule, or social life to match the phases of your menstrual cycle. By doing this, you may become more in-tune with your hormonal needs and better manage your cycle.

Expanding our capacity to feel and receive what in our life is penetrating through us, is faith.

I spoke about wether you're birthing babies, ideas, or creations in the world - faith is at the core of it all. I deepened into the power of our heart posture towards all that we do and the layered sensations we move through cyclically.
