I have been hiding behind the podcast. It's easy here to show up as my authentic self with no visuals. What are you hiding behind? Are you showing up as your authentic Self? Do you REALLY know who you are?

Today I felt inclined to share a recap of the Wellth Society call. We spoke about showing up in all spaces as authentic as possible and that starts with being self aware and knowing your identity.

I was also kinda weirded out by the frequent shares of Mrs Sprinkle of Jesus' videos of her 'podcast', where she records as if she's having a conversation with someone, when she's in a room alone. Does it look weird or are we all weird because we all talk into our phones... Naw, that ish weird!

As a mother, YOU DON'T GET TO OPT OUT! This sucks +it very well might NOT be worth it. Such is life...
