Meanwhile, Holly and Warkas find Tom Tinsel and Mr. Mintsticks behaving oddly calm amid the bitter cold. Acting on instinct, they move to expose the truth—and what they uncover will shatter every assumption they’ve made so far. Secrets unravel, trust fractures, and the frost’s true face finally emerges from the storm. The name behind the chaos is spoken at last… and Christmas will never feel quite so safe again.

As Holly, Warkas, and Tangle investigate, unsettling discoveries point to the unthinkable: Santa himself has vanished. Whispers of powerful fey magic and a long-banished winter spirit resurface, hinting that Jack Frost may not be gone after all—and he might have help. With trust melting faster than snow under a heat lamp, the interns are left with one chilling question: can they uncover the truth before Christmas itself disappears?

After discovering the real Tom Tinsel bound and gagged in a closet, our interns realize there’s been an imposter running around the North Pole—and once again, strange magical frost is left behind. When Warkas decides to lick the frost (for science, obviously), his tongue freezes solid, leaving Holly and Tangle to perform an emergency hot cocoa de-icing. With the real Tom marked to prevent further mix-ups, Holly begins to suspect that the culprit might be none other than the banished ice man himself—Jack Frost.

While Warkas investigates this chilling theory in the North Pole Library (and Holly promptly gets kicked out for excessive enthusiasm), chaos erupts back in the Workshop as toy soldiers come to life and attack. The trio manages to subdue the assault just in time to be called into an all-hands assembly—only to find utter mayhem waiting for them. Something very cold and very powerful is stirring in the North Pole… and it’s just getting started.

Mint and Melodié’s relaxing spa day comes to an abrupt halt when they run into Maria—who suddenly doesn’t remember her own husband, Grath. While Mint heads out to find Klokke, Melodié goes full undercover investigator… complete with disguises, flirting, and a date at the fanciest restaurant in the resort.

Out on the edge of the island, Klokke makes a chilling discovery: a cave full of cages, including one holding Grath himself. And as Mint arrives, a monstrous roar from the darkness makes it clear—this resort has secrets. Big ones.
