Our guest on this episode of our podcast series is Dick Lester AM - Executive Chairman of Lester Group & legendary real estate investment pioneer.

In a career spanning in excess of fifty years, Dick has been at the forefront of the commercial property industry in Australia, having built a diverse career of experiences and specialist knowledge across the disciplines of real estate sales, market research, valuations, acquisitions and property trusts.

Alongside Greg Paramor AO, Dick was the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Growth Equities Mutual Limited - one of the Nation's original unlisted property trusts which grew to encompass some $1.6b of assets under management before later being sold to Lend Lease Corporation in 1994.

He has also held a number of corporate positions, including as a Board Member of Wesfarmers Limited for a period of thirteen years, Chairman of the Western Australian Institute for Medical Research for a period of seven years & a member of the Murdoch University Senate for a period of six years.

Dick is also a noted philanthropist & patron of the arts, having established The Lester Prize for visual art in addition to contributions to education, health & medical research.
