Xbox has gone back to the drawing board multiple times on a cloud prototype, but if Phil's shelf is to be trusted then it seems they're almost there with a working version. We almost comb through the exchanged statements between the CMA and Microsoft in regards to the Xbox-Activision merger. One that the CMA seems to have PlayStation's best interests at heart on.
