Everyone out there has probably heard this debated. Or maybe been involved in the debate. With so many variations in a persons genetics, calorie intake, and possible physical activities....how the hell can an absolute be made?
Depending on these differentials, we can surmise some fairly accurate assumptions. A rule many have heard is the 80/20 rule. 80% diet, 20% exercise. For the general public this should suffice. Of course there are many outside the norm.
Myself I do not follow 80/20. Are you an athlete, overweight, have a specific disease, allergies, etc. All will effect your choices. Check it out.
