There is always a market for nostalgia, all those albums you used to see listed and reviewed in NME or Sounds that you couldn’t afford back in the day. They are back in abundance, mostly via Cherry Red who put out countless box sets of music from the 60s 70s and 80s. There’s a lot of that in here. There’s also new things, they are rather “extreme” and they kick off the show. If you want the quieter stuff you will have to be patient as it comes later on. In addition there is jazz, punk, and my usual obsessions. Featuring music from Giant Spider, Locusts and Honey, Carnwennan, Buffalo Monroe, Edgar Broughton Band, The Residents, Lindisfarne.
