Today we discuss 9/11, where we were and how we felt at the time. Next we also provide words of encouragement for parents who are ready to give up and throw in the towel. lastly we discuss being parents through funny situations and stories. 

Episode five talks about getting your disabled child ready for the new school year. Bernie talks about life as a trach user the ups and downs the highs and the lows. We then shift the conversation to children with disabilities who have violent tendencies towards themselves and others and what can parents do to help prevent these incidences. 

Today we have our first guest appearance. Calvin is an activist for the rights of the physically and mentally disabled. He discusses how to get your child into the least restrictive environment possible, while having schools provide those resources. We also discuss school bullying of both "normal children and children with disabilities. Lastly we discuss the ins and outs of inclusion.  

In episode 3 we discuss the Jay-Z/NFL deal in detail. We really get deep into what happens when our special needs children grow up, our fear, and concerns. We also take a look at techniques and methods to develop important life skills.
