I grew up in a community where certain topics were considered taboo or simply glossed over because they weren’t regarded as important. I realised it was hard to find individuals who were willing to engage in these topics and share personal experiences because of the shame society has created around said topics. The result of this is a generation of people who are either emotionally and psychologically insecure, indifferent or uncertain. I hope to normalise these topics by discussing them in my podcasts.
