**6 Minute Meditation**

Hi friends! With Aries season present, and major transits happening in the sign of Aries in 2025, the theme of anger has been surfacing a lot for me personally. As an Aries rising, the warrior within is ever present and practices such as yoga and meditation have helped me navigate emotions like anger. I'm not perfect and it's still a work in progress! Here's a meditation that has helped me diffuse the feeling and recalibrate to a clear-thinking mind.
