In our first episode of 2020, Rachel Murphy sits down to chat with Randal Whitmore, Jay Heal, and Andrew Larcombe who were part of a team launching an NHSX service during the early lockdown stages of Covid-19.
The delivery was completed in just a month, an incredibly short amount of time for a national service to go live.
