This episode is about a huge realization I've had for myself that I didn't see until seeing it more in our students. I've realized how I'm an adapter. I'll explain exactly what that means. I'm also interested in hearing what things, good or bad, others experienced in their grade school experience that still impacts them today. More importantly, things people didn't realize still impacts them until they were older. Something I've learned through all of this is a different approach to people in that we should treat others the way we would want to be treated if we were in their exact situation. So more of an empathy approach rather than just a personal views approach.
