Peter and Dre want to know where they've been this whole time, because there's something about this album that scratches an itch.

Peter and Dre aren't sure what sign was supposed to have been bad, because everything sounds really good on this one.

Peter and Dre come at this from totally different perspectives. Find out the thing that Dre hates about this (even if the album redeems itself later), and what track Peter thinks should have been saved for a 12" single (because holy moly this thing is long). Bonus: Dre waxes poetic about something called "The Box".

Peter and Dre come face to face with one of the ultimate in saxophone jazz records, and determine that adding vocals would only have made it worse (so, you know, thank goodness that never happened). Also we discover that Dre really dislikes Kenny G and scatting. Also also: What does Jim Henson have to do with all this?

Peter and Dre can't help but be delighted by this lovely little nugget of an album that neither of them probably wouldn't have even noticed if it weren't for the fact that a fictional group of anthropomorphized rodents are singing on it.

Pre-warning: Lousy audio. Sorry. Oops.
Peter and Dre get sucked into an album that neither of us really noticed too much when it first came out, but we're totally into it now.

Peter and Dre take on a great year in music... but not one of the good releases from 1994. And feel a little bad about it, because Velocity Girl's 1994 album is nice enough, but... it's just... there.

Peter and Dre feel good about the game-show-meets-mariachi stylings of Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass' 'S.R.O.'.

Peter and Dre have some very different perspectives on this seminal compilation of novelty records. Somewhere along the way, they try to figure out the different between parody and satire, and then how that applies to novelty in general.

Peter and Dre express their undying love for Esperanza Spalding and (spoiler alert) come very close to declaring this as essential listening.
