The new building safety regime came into effect in October 2023, with transitional arrangements until April 2024. To analyse its impact on the construction industry, this panel discussion brings together technical experts from architecture, construction, manufacturing and specification.

Richard is a central figure in the digital evolution of the construction industry and has been involved in numerous committees, societies, and working groups developing, encouraging, and standardising BIM processes globally.
