We are giving up the social media apps- IG, FB, TikTok, etc.- that "suck" us in and monopolize our time with endless scrolling, stress, and mindless actions. Replace this habit with Hobbies that bring us joy- read, paint, crafts, exercise, writing, play an instrument, connect with loved ones, etc.

Notice how it feels to be present for yourself when your not digitally entertained. Reflect.
