Andrea Hyre is the Chief Executive Officer for Paradigm Shift. She is passionate about helping people see their own leadership potential. As a graduate of Oral Roberts University with a degree in Organizational Communications and Business, most of her experience lies in team building, facilitation, training and development, strategic planning, and designing leadership content. Though originally from the Northeast, she currently resides in Tulsa, OK with her husband, Jonathan, two sons-Liam and Lorenzo and their dog, Nugget.
