Some 4,000 Prudential agents turned up at Prudential Tower in Kuala Lumpur yesterday to protest their slash in bonus and commision. But globally, insurance agents are facing a challenge, the digital disruption, as more products move online. This is yet another threat of digitalisation affecting the current workforce.
