In this episode of Digital Mentorship, my guest is Jaxson Perry. Jaxson is a customer success manager at Dental Intelligence Inc. and is one of the most passionate people I know. Jaxson started his career at Brody Chemical as an account manager, where he developed a passion for the customer experience and the process behind it. In his time as an account representative at Pharma Logistics, he continued focusing on process improvement in a heavily regulated and complicated industry. Now, as an Enterprise CSM, Jaxson has doubled down on his passion for customer experience while developing processes to sustain further growth.
