Adrian has been passionately learning about and studying human optimization for over 23 years. Adrian completed his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary. 

He attended the Coastal Academy of Hypnotic Arts and Sciences to become a Clinical Hypnotherapist. 

What I love about Adrian is that he is deeply committed to facilitating the awakening of each individual's personal power and I have experienced this first hand.

I've only had one hypnotherapy session with Adrain and from that one session, my thinking and mindset have transformed.

Many years ago I was a replacement teacher. 

In my journey, I taught at a Community High - a school designed for kids who had been asked to leave every other school - in the time of teaching there I crossed paths with Sonja Courtis

Within minutes of knowing her, it was evident she was one of very few teachers who was doing her job because she knew she could make a difference in a young adults life. 

I also found it remarkable she had a rare ability to connect with her students and through this connection, she was able to change their limiting beliefs
