The inspiring work and kindness of Russell Smith, an environmental services technician at Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC), has earned him the 2024 C.A.P.E award (Cleaning to Advance the Patient Experience). This national award is presented by Cintas, a corporation supporting organizations across the country with products and services to advance cleaning, safety, and compliance training. There are only 10 winners selected in the US out of nearly 800 nominations.
