Stages of life have recently been an obsession of mine. Understanding how the body works, how stress flows through our body, and happiness flows through our bodies - you name it, I am looking into it. 


This week we are hosting @dilyanamileva5 on our podcast. She helps midlife women have more energy and have better sleep through natural modalities. 


After realizing that my body was impacted by just my early 20s, I learned more about the stages of evolution that we face and women and men. It's important to understand how to get ahead of the symptoms that hold us back from living a fruitful life.
