Have you ever wondered where you come from? Today’s broadcast will focus on creation, going all the way back to the beginning of the Bible. Genesis 1:1 says, “In the beginning God created…” That’s where we came from! God didn’t just speak and man was created. NO! He molded us. He knelt down in the dirt, using His bare hands and He sculpted man, and then leaned over and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life. Then God walked and talked with man. He wants to have a personal relationship with US! He made me. He cares about me and He cares about YOU!

Today we hear an incredible testimony of Dori and her experience being run over by a truck and her road to recovery. She shares how faithful God is and that because of her experience she has come to know Him more and to trust Him more.

Ms. Katie shares with us about the Children of Israel and how they would follow God, and then turn away from Him. When they turned away, He couldn’t bless them and their enemies would come in. But God is caring and He was always there when they turned to Him for help.

We are continuing today with two more chapters from the book Steps to Christ. What is the most dangerous thing in our lives???? SIN. When we have sinned, all we have to do is repent. Repentance is being sorry for the sin itself, not just the punishment of sin. We need help from God to be sorry for our sins. Christ’s grace and power leads a person to truly repent.

Kid’s Time: Ms. Katie Chitwood shares about some snakes that came into camp, biting the people and leading to sickness and death. God had a plan to save them. Moses was to make a bronze serpent and place it on a pole so they could just look at it and life. That’s what Jesus is for us. He was lifted up on a cross and died to save us from Satan and sin.
