Paul also made significant strides at Trilogy Systems Corporation, where he pioneered multi-chip module technology and successfully led the company through a merger with Digital Equipment Corporation.
Paul earned advanced engineering degrees from Purdue University and Stanford University, along with the honorary title of Doctor of Science, awarded by the Board of Trustees of the California State University and California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, recognizing his technological achievements and community contributions.
Paul was named the University of Dayton's Most Distinguished Alumnus in 1999 and received prestigious awards from Purdue University. Paul also received the IBM President's Award for the Development of the Supermarket System.
Today, more than three decades into his retirement, Paul dedicates his time to ranching in the Santa Ynez Valley while actively supporting the Central Coast community as an advisor. His commitment extends to various non-profit organisations, including the Santa Barbara County Cattlemen's Association, the Land Trust for Santa Barbara County, the Western Commercial Space Center at Vandenberg Air Force Base, and the Cal Poly President's Council of Advisors.
In 2011, Paul and his wife founded The McEnroe Reading & Language Arts Clinic at the University of California Santa Barbara, further solidifying their dedication to educational advancement and community betterment.

Sharon Constançon is the chairman of the SA Chamber and the CEO of Genius Methods. Sharon Constançon Biography
Sharon completed her MBA in Business Management at the University of the Witwatersrand in 1988. During her studies, she was recognized as “Entrepreneur of the Year”. She, then, served at the University as a part-time lecturer for many years. Her focus was on teaching Service Industry Management and Small Business Management to MBA students, sharing her knowledge and expertise with the next generation of business leaders.
In 2006, she pursued further academic accomplishments by earning the Chartered Director qualification from the Institute of Directors. Sharon actively participated in various governance-related activities, including serving on committees and interview panels for Chartered Directors.

Albert Meige Biography
As an entrepreneur, Albert founded Presans, an open innovation startup in France that leverages artificial intelligence to connect experts with large corporations on-demand. This venture earned him the Innovation Prize from the École Polytechnique. After selling Presans to Arthur D. Little, Albert now heads the global institute Blue Shift, which conducts studies at the intersection of technology and strategy.
As an academic, Dr. Albert Meige completed his Ph.D. in Digital Physics at the Australian National University, he worked as a researcher at the research centre of École Polytechnique in Paris. With an MBA from HEC Paris, he has served as an Academic Director for executive programs at HEC Paris and the Institut Mines-Telecom. He also teaches at ESCP.
Dr. Albert has been a regular contributor to HBR France since 2015 with articles on innovation management, on the future of organisations, digital transformation and on the future of work. He also speaks at various conferences and Ted Talks on these topics based on his research. Dr. Albert also shares his insights and research in emerging technologies like Generative AI, the metaverse, and other immersive technologies. Recently, he presented his viewpoint on AI and ChatGPT, where he created a 100% AI-generated article from a single prompt.

Bill Laboon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Bill is currently the Head of Education and Grants at Web3 Foundation, where he oversees educational initiatives. Prior to this, Laboon served as the Director of Education and Community at the same organization. Before joining Web3 Foundation, Laboon worked as the Technical Education Lead at Web3 Foundation from 2019 to 2021.
Laboon also has experience in academia, having worked as a Lecturer and Visiting Lecturer at the University of Pittsburgh. Bill taught courses in software quality assurance, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency, among others. During his time at the university, Laboon also led a team of developers on a project called QuACC, which focused on analyzing and comparing the internal quality of various cryptocurrency codebases.
Laboon has also worked in the private sector, with roles such as a Senior Software Developer at Think Through Learning Inc. and a Consultant at FP Complete. Daniel Doll-Steinberg Biography
Daniel has played various advisory roles for UK Government and European Commission on innovation, growth and education policy, specialising in disruption and the Future of Work.
Focussing on emergent tech and disruptive technologies, like blockchain and metaverse, Daniel has co-founded several projects including the Atari Token and Tribeka Limited.
He has also been the seed investor in companies innovating and disrupting the Gaming, Entertainment, Marketing, Retail, and Blockchain spheres, including Epic Games, Collider, Threedium, to name a few.
A Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Manchester and an Honorary Senior Research Associate from UCL, Daniel has lectured on:
- supply chain disruption at UCL
- the future of the Real Estate industry at Wharton Business School
- applications of Patents at WIPO.
His latest book, "Unsupervised: Navigating and Influencing a World Controlled by Powerful New Technologies”, Daniel explains the impact of an unsupervised technology revolution by the year 2040, while explaining the immediate action.
