Depression can catch up quickly when we take the eye off the goal. Eat , drink, enjoy your work: that is the solution.

The kids didn’t want to hear about an entire chapter on a Noble Woman. So this is probably the last proverb for a while. Still, last Valentines I gave a card with the Proverbs of a noble woman for my wife. She deserves the praise.
