As an intern minister I did wrong things in the name of Godly leaders. Avoid that, get your own convictions of Love Your Neighbor.

My son is my son. I see much of myself in him. Now I have to warn him much of his dad is a flawed human. That’s why I re-read proverbs so that I can keep up with wisdom as the world changes around me.

It’s disheartening that the party of my youth cannot admit errors in economic or social policies. George Bush Senior balanced the budget, behaved as a Christian should, and raised George W. to be spiritual in his life. I’m an independent now because we need politicians who can admit oops and step down. Many should but they don’t. Not use “Christian” values as a reason to be mean hearted.
