  • Disability Diversity In The Entertainment Industry Ft Podcaster Vinny Huff
Vinny Huff Gives His Personal Experience Of Being Handicap And Experiencing Prejudice Due To His Physical Condition In The Entertainment Industry!

Handicap/Disability Prejudice - Prejudice towards disabled people does thankfully seem to be less ingrained in people’s minds than other kinds of prejudice and discrimination. However, disabled people often have to contend with discrimination and prejudice on the basis of places not being equipped for their needs rather than because people are outwardly showing prejudice towards disabled people. In addition, disabled people also may have to contend with a form of pity, often misplaced, which may masquerade as concern but can often be as prejudiced as outright discrimination. All people deal with prejudice (a negative attitude towards others based on a prejudgment about those individuals based on little prior knowledge or experience). While some people are victims of prejudice, all are susceptible to developing prejudices against others. Most people hold negative attitudes either consciously or subconsciously toward persons with disabilities. These negative attitudes lead to prejudice and discrimination.

  • Social Justice - Featuring Female Podcaster Mely Mel
Social justice is the relation of balance between individuals and society measured by comparing distribution of wealth differences, from personal liberties to fair privilege opportunities. In Western as well as in older Asian cultures, the concept of social justice has often referred to the process of ensuring that individuals fulfill their societal roles and receive what was their due from society. In the current global grassroots movements for social justice, the emphasis has been on the breaking of barriers for social mobility, the creation of safety nets and economic justice. Social justice assigns rights and duties in the institutions of society, which enables people to receive the basic benefits and burdens of cooperation. The relevant institutions often include taxation, social insurance, public health, public school, public services, labor law and regulation of markets, to ensure fair distribution of wealth, and equal opportunity.

Most edibles contain a significant amount of THC, which can induce a wide range of effects, including relaxation, euphoria, increased appetite, fatigue, and anxiety. THC-dominant edibles are consumed for recreational and medical purposes. Some edibles contain a negligible amount of THC and are instead dominant in other cannabinoids, most commonly cannabidiol. • Independent Women - Featuring Music Artist & Beat Maker Nai 1
Our Guest Nai 1 speaks about her music career both as an music artist & a music beat maker. Nai 1 talks about women independency and how it has affected her position in a male dominated industry.

Up until the last few decades, society was essentially male dominated. Men ruled the world and made all the important decisions. They were responsible for and authorized to handle things as they pleased. Women had little to no say in the way things were done. However, the last century has changed all that. Women are now far more independent than they were before. Women now stand next to men in every walk of life. In fact, it would not be incorrect to state that the only element preventing women from standing shoulder to shoulder with men in some areas is women's decision not to do so. Modern society has evolved to give women consideration and recognition in every area of life they wish to enter. The system makes no discrimination between men and women. In essence, women are now playing their role in the entire value chain of society. This discussion will shed light on women's independence in today's society. In order to do so adequately, the paper will engage in a multilateral discussion on the role and relevance of women in society through history and the degree to which women have made a difference in society. The discussion will give regard to notable characteristics of women's independence and the impact that woman's independence has on society. It merits highlighting that the discussion will use women's role in leadership positions as an indicator of women's independence in modern society.
