Dinosaur Man

Well this is Christmas... eve. We made it folks, another year down and we bring you a little stocking stuffer ahead of the new year starting.

Andy puts to Alex the ultimate question, how would you survive the events of 'The Santa Clause'? If you're expecting a food heavy answer you're in luck! We bring you this final grab bag of nonsense before the last episode of 2023 next week.

Happy holidays from the DinosaurMen to you and yours.

Tragic news everyone! Netflix decided to cut back on the amount of festive nonsense they were pumping out this year. So we've expanded out our usual format to other streamers this year.

After the rip roaring success of our 3 previous deep dives into the world of Netflix original Christmas movies we return with a look into this years line up from Netflix, Disney and Amazon. We get into the ins and outs of three entries.

'Best. Christmas. Ever!', 'Dashing Through The Snow' and 'Candy Cane Lane' are the subjects this year. Unfortunately none of them are musicals but we live and learn, however there are always Christmas songs to be sung and Eggnog to be drunk, not to mention morals to impart!

Do they make us feel Christmas? Did Alex cry? Are Christmas films getting worse? Find out right here!

In our final News & Reviews of the year we have a trinity of films to discuss to see us through to 2024. With some festive episodes coming up, may we interest you in some less seasonal offerings?

We have high school comedy 'Bottoms', Eli Roth slasher 'Thanksgiving' & single location thriller 'Night of the Hunted'

We return and welcome in the Christmas season with this collection of festive stories to bring you yuletide cheer. Alex and Andy share stories, jokes & food items all to do with the holiday season.

We see out November with another thrilling episode of News & Reviews, where poor financial decisions, the quality of trailers and Star Wars being over are discussed.

We also bring reviews of some of the big releases of recent weeks. Superhero sequel 'The Marvels', Argentine horror 'When Evil Lurks', graphic novel adaptation 'The Killer', quiet drama 'Fremont' & Russell Crowe accent showcase 'The Pope's Exorcist' are all on the board this week.

Well, not gonna lie, this isn't the podcast you deserve. But it is the podcast you're going to get unfortunately. So I guess we're sorry? Well I am, but Andy probably isn't...yet.

Welcome back my friends to your 41st favourite podcast, we're into a brand new theme month and some people are saying it's our best one yet! We enter into All Nut November, a month of nut centric episodes which will delight and amaze.

We begin with a nutty quiz, Andy takes the role of quizmaster and grills Alex on some brain teasers. It's great!

What a spooky crop of movies we have for you at the tail end of Halloween season! Amazon Prime's 60's corn horror 'Dark Harvest', video game sensation 'Five Nights At Freddy's' & nothing spookier than sleep in A24's 'Dream Scenario'.

Well well well, no one can say they predicted this. We made it to a half millenium of episodes, if that's even a thing.

We celebrate in the only way we know how, by doing a watchalong of an old favourite 'The Deaths of Ian Stone'.

In this weeks episode Alex has returned back from travels in America and lets us know about his adventures including visiting a drive in cinema and an awkward conversation in a diner.

In terms of reviews this week we have old actor action with Expend4bles and gritty revenge action Sisu. Andy also tries out a new game and it doesn't land spectacularly.

If you're enjoying the show don't forget to subscribe and rate it 5 stars to help us get seen by more eyes.
