  • Twinks on the high seas (Sid Meier's Pirates!) Part 13

Conrads my pirate grows old and hurty. I don't think he's going to live too much longer. We're going to have to be forced down to an easier difficulty. So sad. If you're watching this on hardlimit, I swear the rest of the series is on the way.

That's right. It's Sid Meier's Pirates! The 2005? version that was absolutely trying to cash in on Pirates of the Caribbean.

For once we're playing a game I've played extensively and beaten several times, so hopefully there won't be too many hiccups.

This is part 12. If you want to see part one, check out the playlist goddamn it. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLGzH8lxtXkIi9_ck-jYg7ihJFQIWJ-3fz

Pirates! Live the life! (Sid Meier's Pirates! 2004 or is it 2005?) is a ...well, I guess a pirate sim game? It's set during the golden age of piracy in the western hemisphere, and the player takes the role of some hot twink that's lost all his money and family.

Don't worry though! Captain Dingus Khan and his band of merry ass pirates will leverage the incredible power of violence to defeat their enemies, namely the spanish.

        • Old Québec sans alcool

Today, I'm sharing my non-alcoholic recreation of a drink I had in Quebec City, the Old Québec.

It is basically, a maple old-fashioned with Canadian ingredients.

          • 2 oz HP Juniper Single Malt
          • .75 oz Canadian Maple Syrup
          • 2-4 Dashes All the Bitters Aromatic bitters

            • A little Canadian French doesn't hurt.
