It's at 5 FPS, because Open Broadcaster was set to a very slow frame rate.

Pokemon unite hates me, and so does the master rank solo queue. Sure hope I can get this to work.

I stand by my belief that pokémon unite is a good distillation of the MOBA experience. Even if it seems a little pushy about the microtransactions.
