  • 2016 CK3 - Features

This is a demonstration of my old modified keyboard's features.

Firstly I'm showing Menu and sequences list (View). Then adding a new one at position 2, that will type: "Hello World!".

I already have others saved, e.g. typing make, enter.

Also note few macros at positions 3 to 5.
The 5th does press Ctrl-Z (undo).

At 0:59 I'm showing page 3/3 with other sequences.

After that I'm pressing Backspace which reloads previously saved settings from EEPROM (was 124 Bytes).

Left blue LED is for layer 2 (sequences use).

Right orange is for layer 3 (mouse move, player, F13-F24 extra keys etc. I forgot to show these).

The program on left shows keys press/hold. Note that when I use macros or sequences they show up very quickly.

At 1:35 you can see Help. At 1:52 is the keyboard Status page. It shows protocol (Boot or NKRO), current Layers stack and mouse move variables.

Later since 2:04 I'm showing mouse moving and acceleration using keys. Also mouse buttons pressing using keys.
Lastly at 3:05 shortly showing Plasma (couldn't resist).

More CK3 keyboard in other videos.

Hardware: Teensy 3.1 and OLED 128x64.

My fork is here and GPLv3: https://github.com/cryham/controller/
Using Kiibohd controller, it had the benefits that come with the software already.

  • New Ellijay TV Talks to You: Trade (Again)

Wal-Mart vs Trump feels like some kind of kaiju battle, where we're all street-level, watching, just hoping not to get stomped on or have a building collapse on our head. But I'm keeping that Dr. Serizawa energy about this one: let them fight.

On this special mini episode of New Ellijay TV Talks to You, we're revisiting the topic of trade and tariffs, focusing this time on the specific tariffs we're facing, and the brewing battle between Trump and major retailers around the country who are less than happy about the predicament they find themselves in regarding the tariffs.

Here's the link to that first episode in case you missed it: https://vod.newellijay.tv/w/n67o7YmiGXjCFCXxgmHAFb
