A new report has confirmed what many tenants are experiencing, affordable rentals across Perth are in short supply.

Proptrack has found the number of homes available for less than 400 dollars a week has halved in the last 12 months, now representing just 15.4 per cent of the market.

In March 2020, they represented 59 percent.
