To help each day be a happy and tranquil day, let us strive for the following goals:
• A little more patience to bear with ones we may not like.
• A little more humility to fulfill our duty; even if it is difficult.
• A little more courage and strength to bear the trials that disturb our peace of mind.
• A little more charity so as not to manifest our hurts.
• And, above all, a little more prayer to draw the righteous Father into our hearts and keep Him there.
The Bible says, “Rejoice in the Lord always, and again I say, Rejoice.” (Philippians 4:4)
This day, month and year will largely be what we determine to make it. Let us set our goals to daily be closer to the Father.
