It's Episode 62! I’ve had a bit of a strange week and this is not what I planned for this Episode!  However, I’m afraid it’s going to be E for Ending.  For Now at least. Growing up in the 60s and 70s offered us just a few choices when we left school.  We often went down career paths advised by careers officers who scarcely knew us, or toed the line and did what was expected of us.  As we're the last living generation to have grown up with limited available choice, I wondered how that compares to growing up in a world where anything is possible - as it is today.

B is for Breaking Bad Habits. It's a slightly shorter episode this week and I'm celebrating 3 years alcohol free!  

Finding that I was able to kick that long-standing habit is what started me off on my journey to making my life better in many ways.  Not just through being sober, but by knowing that change IS POSSIBLE at any age!  Whatever you'd like to change in your life, breaking a bad habit or changing a situation doesn't have to be a difficult journey, full of self-sacrifice.
