Il 25 giugno 2024 sono stati pubblicati nella Gazzetta Ufficiale dell’Unione Europea i tre RTS del primo batch relativi al Regolamento DORA. Si tratta degli RTS relativi ai criteri di classificazione degli incidenti, alla gestione del rischio e alle policy per l’uso di servizi ICT a supporto di funzioni COI.
 
Rispetto al testo pubblicato dalle Autorità di vigilanza europea (ESAs) lo scorso 17 gennaio, la Commissione europea è intervenuta in modo rilevante sul testo. Tuttavia, dalla nostra prima analisi, salvo qualche intervento innovativo, la revisione è volta più che altro a una riorganizzazione del testo, senza modifiche sostanziali.
