In this episode I talk about listening to your heart's desire. Your "heart voice" is your intuition, your soul - hearing what she has to say is your inner compass guidance.

It came to me in my morning meditation that listening to my heart's desire in EVERY aspect of my life is my path - you don't get to pick and choose which areas you listen to your heart and which areas you don't. Getting crystal clear on what your heart is telling you and then acting accordingly is your destined path.

My heart's desire is to help other women on their own journey. There was a time when I had no clue what I was doing. I felt lost - I didn't even recognize myself anymore. I pieced together what I now know to be the start of my spiritual journey. Looking back, it would have been so helpful if someone guided me on this. Told me which meditations to start with, which podcasts to listen to, which books to read, what questions to ask during meditations. I pieced it all together myself - and I know from the depths of my heart that this is what I here to do - help YOU find yourself again. Find your heart's voice, listen to what she has to say. And the only way to do that is to center yourself through meditation.

In this episode, I discuss the changes and realizations here as of late in my own personal relationship with my husband.

At the end of day, the same patterns, fights, thoughts, reactions repeat for years until you figure out the root cause of the problem. Once you can figure out the root of the issue, that is when the game changes and traction is finally able to be made.

This week's episode features the beautiful, Christine Fiske.

Christine shares her journey of her own spiritual path, how she figured out what the repeating cycles that were not longer server her were, and how to turn inwards to course correct. By listening to her heart, she discovered the path she was destined and since then, it's been one opportunity after another, further proving when you are in your alignment, the Universe responds.

Christine is an intuitive leadership coach and the co-founder of the wealth strategy group, the Abundant InvestHer. She's driven by supporting women (and a few good men) to tap into their innate power and realize the life of their dreams, both in their mindset and by overcoming limiting beliefs, and through financial tools that create wealth in unconventional ways.

Prior to both she had a career working in venture-backed startups where she fostered her love of building companies and learning how to run them. Christine’s journey has provided her with a wealth of experiences including navigating challenging transitions where the most valuable lessons are often learned.

She holds an MBA and BS from Boston College where she captained the women’s rowing team. Late in her career she realized personal growth and development taught her more than any formal education ever could. She has been a student of leadership and company culture since her early career, and uses the power of mindset, a blend of feminine and masculine energy, and creating vision as tools to help her coaching clients thrive. She resides outside Boston with her husband and 3 children.
