WDW turns 50, Disney and Ms Johansen reach a resolution and it's October!! May contain traces of socks.

It’s been a busy week here in Perth and in the World of Disney.  We get stuck into some Star Wars Visions, ride queue changes and Emmy’s as well as some local happenings.  May contain traces of kayaks.

It’s been a slow news week, but there’s still plenty to catch up on.  May contain traces of fried cheese curds.

There’s little bits of news all over the place including Disney’s commitment to support the cinema industry with a dedicated screening window, lots of Disney+ treats and people starting to board the rat ride at Epcot.  May contain traces of Martin Short.

It’s been a massive week for Marvel fans so we bask in the post-viewing glow of Shang Chi and the Ten Rings and the latest installment of What If?  May contain traces of boat rides.

Lewis proves that time heals all wounds and Genie induced anger and runs through the shows that offer some good perspectives on the subject.  We take a moment to talk about some Disney viewing we’ve made and returned to, as well as the trailers that have dropped for the MCU.  May contain traces of not being angry with you Disney, just disappointed.

We get into how Disney can have a Genie that doesn’t issue three wishes (or at least issue you some pre-booked fastpasses) and then gush about something more joyful – Free Guy.  May contain traces of German.

We give a super-quick weekend update before the washing machine finishes and we have to get back to housework! May contain traces of mysterious clicking noises.

We get stuck into the excitement of Ratatouille being so close to opening, annual pass options for Disneyland coming back(ish), and couldn’t help looking at the Halcyon now that pricing is out.  May contain traces of Mary Poppins, y’all!

We talk about the advantages of watching movies at home (because some people don’t have film etiquette), the disadvantages of having a film released through a streaming service when you have a profit-share arrangement that was negotiated pre-covid, and the joy of getting caught in the rain at Disney World.  May contain traces of Earl of Sandwiches.
