It aims to raise awareness about the complexities of disability disclosure, the critical importance of confidentiality, and how to create a supportive culture.

Disability Disclosure needs to be properly understand and appreciate within the context of the work environment, "What is Disability Disclosure?" and we need to look beyond the Medical Model, the Social Model, the Human Rights Model, and Diversity Model in a rapidly changing modern Papua New Guinea.
