Diary for Thursday, August 26, 2021. Beach, scary that lessons are ending tomorrow. Choco Mintone mint chocolate. Lots of laundry done. So hot 40°C. Lots of D&D stuff with you Xan.

Diary for August 25, 2021. Heat wave tired brain injuries are no fun. National Disability conference.

Diary for Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Hard night last night, swimming was fun today!, Hot travels with the cooler, Riley off to a paw patrol movie. Xan and I went to D and D, DM was more interested in story than make-believe. Xan was unimpressed by DM, still had fun though. I was unimpressed by noise as I could not use my voice reader very well.

Diary entry for Monday, August 23, 2021. I am so exhausted I do not want to be awake today. You guys are so exhausted you did not argue bedtime, and he voluntarily napped. Today was the first day of the last set of swimming lessons for the summer of 2021. Your mama did a lot of work on your guises fall schedules, and a lot of plant stuff. As well as helping me with my stuff. Got to go to bed.

Diary entry for Sunday, August 22, 2021. Great grandma's 80 something family reunion and birthday. Possibly not in that order. Xan you're tired, Riley you're tired. Saw Sam, his girlfriend, great on Paris, great uncle Brian, great aunt Trish, great uncle Alan, great grandma, Gigi, grandpa, Max and Simon and their significant others, Richard, and Danielle and Violet, Rebekah Thomas Ava and Ezra, I don't remember who else. No one deadnameded Uncle Jack and use proper pronouns, others denied climate science or insulted Canada. I had talks about Anime, D and D, environmental sciences, activism, religion, and many other subjects. Riley you picked your favour for today, Xan Maddie encouraged you to no end so I guess she was your favorite. I wish we could talk with people like Max and Simon more often.

Diary for Friday, August 20, and Saturday, August 21, 2021. Also accidental recap of Thursday, August 19. Travel to PEI to pick up Xan from camp, no moose. Great tub, bad floor. Wonderful breakfast, milkshake. Great park, excellent camp! Ice cream is for all on the way home, cheeseburgers for mom, cheeseburgers for boys and I and sodas for mom and boy. Xan gamemaster award, second place in camp Olympics, cool Cheetos can't commercial, bad points of camp. Home bathroom, bed for mom, clean up, hand washing shirts. All the dishes are done for the night.

Journal entry for Thursday, August 19, 2021. Halifax housing riots 2021. Comic books, clean room, shower, clean house. Xan your weighted blanket is much weight here after getting wet with water. Off to great grandma's house for Riley, then to Gigi's. Your mother is annoying! And I love her!!p
