We jump start the first episode of season 2 with a conversation about focus, preservation and empowering ourselves and others as we evolve.

This episode is on self sabotage and working against oneself. We all have made mistakes that can impact us forever however it is important to know that you deserve more than what you think. And unlearning old habits and doing actions that serve you can create clarity into a new reality that is positive.

The work space can cause a lot of stress and instability in our lives especially when it is toxic. On this episode, we speak about navigating ourselves through toxic work spaces and how to confront this issue moving forward.

This week, we delve into a conversation about healthy lifestyle choices and setting healthy boundaries in the relationships of our lives. This impacts our habits and thinking in our daily life. What are your healthy choices and habits that help you sustain self awareness in general?

This episode touches on betrayal and how that affects ones life. Dealing with betrayal can be very hard and processing what has happened needs one to establish a higher sense of awareness. We speak on the matter and what it brings to our lives.

This episode is all about love and what dating means in our time. The shift of determining what it means to date and love in this contemporary time and the agency for young people to determine what love means for themselves. New ways of thinking about love and establishing self love for oneself.

This segment speaks about the ongoing gender based violence that is brutally destroying our country. We see and address the issue of violence being the fabric of the society we live in. I seek to address everybody in this society to actively do more to protect their communities from any and every violence. This episode is dedicated to all the lives we’ve lost from these horrific crimes.

This weeks episode focuses on therapy and the journey of self improvement as a result. Therapy has always had its fair share of stigmas within our communities however this time therapy is an option for the youth to invest in and find alternative outlets towards self improvement.
