He has led and managed emergency response efforts for catastrophic events across the U.S., including hurricanes, wildfires, floods, and civil unrest, overseeing multi-agency coordination at the federal, state, and local levels.

Steve is the founder of SRP24 Global Disaster Response and the SABRE Defense Team, and has advised and trained numerous professionals and agencies in contingency planning, resource deployment, and survival strategies.
