In this series have been exploring with Karim the personality types.

And during the previous episode, we were digging deep into the DISC personality types, as it's one of the simplest personality assessment tools in order to have a better idea about these personality types, words, and behavior, etc….

Karim mentioned that the DISC personality types divided the people into four categories,

The D people who are the dominant people, and usually they are, whenever you're finding this model is going to be in Red,

The I people and those are the influencing people

The S people and they are the steady people.

The C people, the compliant people.

The C and S are process-oriented. 

Both of them are kind of passive personalities. 

The I and the D, are outgoing, and they are active, they're action-oriented.

S people and the I people are people-oriented, they're very friendly. And they can always enjoy working in a friendly atmosphere where there are no troubles, no clashes, no risks, and all the interactions are good, and everybody's happy.

This is where they reach their peak performance. 

They highly value security and steadiness over any other thing.

C people like the D people, they are task-oriented. 

They believe in numbers.

They're experts in numbers and they adore processes and procedures. 

C people are those with the highest IQ.

They're smart people in terms of working with numbers.

They believe a lot in processes and procedures. In fact, they're enjoying whenever things are organized with process procedures, they thrive in This atmosphere, they're very organized.

The S they are the steady people, and the C they are the complaint.

Each of the personalities is great when they are imbalanced.
