The weather is warming up and it feels so nice. Eric and Bobby are back in the studio to record episode 071 and there is a lot to talk about.

Eric will be traveling to the Kansas City area for the Kan-U-Wyco and the Rosedale Cup while Bobby will be back in Emporia working on the latest media from Dynamic Discs and Latitude 64º. 

Although Eric tested the Saint Pro when it was first available it was not until recently that he has really started to throw it in tournaments. In this Episode Eric goes into more detail about why the Latitude 64º is now in his bag.

Eric and Bobby are back from Arizona and had an awesome time at the 2015 Memorial Championships. There was quite a dramatic finish between Paul McBeth and Jeremy Koling but, after only 1 hole in a playoff Jeremy Koling was the winner. 

We have another segment from Tim over at MindBodyDisc.com as he tells us a story of a war that can happen in all of us.

We also have Team Dynamic Discs member Ron Convers, Jr. on the show as he was stopping by the warehouse for some new discs. Ron Convers, Jr. is a well respected disc golfer that is always ready to share is insights on disc golf techniques. In this episode Eric and Bobby talk about a couple of new products from Dynamic Discs. Dynamic Discs will be coming out with a new plastic called Drift. This plastic is designed to float in water for those people that don't want the risk of their discs landing in a body of water and then sinking to the bottom. Bobby put out a teaser video to let people know about the new plastic. 

Another new product is the Dynamic Discs Golden Retriever and this device is a very valuable tool if you disc does go in the water and you need a way to get your disc out of the water without getting your clothes or your feet wet. The Dynamic Discs Golden Retriever is available now in white and yellow.

In this week's episode it might be a little confusing as we recorded one episode right after the other. Eric is in New Orleans and a Parks and Recreation trade show to discuss course design and we had plenty of questions to record another episode. You will not find us talking about the 2015 Winter Warm Up or the 2015 Aussie Open because it did not happen as of this recording. 

But what we do have is an Interview with Ray Woodruff and Doug Bjerkaas to talk about the Rock Mountain Womens Disc Golf Champions that will be played in Superior, Colorado. This has been a ver popular event for the Colorado and 2015 is going to be best year yet. Doug and Ray going into details about what players and spectators can expect at the tournament. Valarie Jenkins is our special guest interview for this episode. Valarie Jenkins is a 3x time World Champion, 29x National Tour Champion, and a 14x Major Champion.

Valarie has been playing Disc Golf since she was born and began to play competitively in 2001 where she competed and won her first Am World Championship in the under 16 division. More disc golf and tournament championships were to follow as Valerie continue to pursue her passion for Disc Golf. 

Valarie has been very active in the disc golf world including being an advocate to see more women in the sport. She heads up the website DiscGolf4Women.com where she provides a directory for Women's Leagues and other useful articles. 

One subject that she writes about on the site is Yoga For Disc Golf where she gives helpful instructions on ways to train and cross train for Disc Golf. We will be interviewing Valarie about some of the techniques she recommends for training.
