We are bombarded by more messages, with limitless access to information, than ever before. There are few spiritual disciplines more critical today than discernment. We have a crisis among professing Christians regarding understanding and knowledge of the Bible, much less how to live in a consistently Christian way. 1 John 4:1-6, gives us a warning to "test the spirits," being careful to not believe everything we hear.
