God is still in the business of rescuing people today! He does this in a profoundly personal way. We don't just have a God that rescues but, in Jesus, we have a rescuer who is God. Our faith is in Him for our eternal rescue - but also for the everyday rescue we need from our daily struggle with sin and self.

God knows we are good at forgetting and so he has set things in place to help us remember Him, and what He's done for us. This Sunday we will look at the first Passover. God told these people how to be protected from His wrath and judgment and He also instructed them to celebrate this event every year so they would never forget what He had done. As New Testament believers our faith should motivate us to remember what Jesus has done for us and how that should impact our lives! How well are you remembering?

As we continue looking at Moses' faith, we will see that he had many things to be afraid of, but none greater than the God that he served.

Moses willingly gives up all the blessings and privileges of being part of Egypt's royal family to be included with, and identified as, one of God's people.

And yet, we often don't live like children of God. This Sunday, we will look into what it means for us to live as adopted children in God's family.

The Good Shepherd has Good News for us. Does he know your name? Are you following him?.

This Sunday we will look at why we can be confident that we can remain faithful to the end.

Our spiritual growth is important to God. In his second letter to the churches, the Apostle Peter encourages Christians to grow in their faith, and provides practical instructions.

We see this very much in the life of Noah (and his family) after the flood. God counted Noah righteous because of his faith, but he was still capable of making poor decisions and allowing his sinful nature to control his heart.
