What's my calling? People usually address this question thinking primarilly about doing. But the "doing part" is only one level of calling. There are other more fundamental questions to consider - who am I? Where has God placed me? What are the most important relationships in my life right now?  These questions can help you think about how God is calling you to blossom and bear fruit right now wherever you are currently planted.

A life of discipleship is about continual repentance and faith. Conviction of our sin is actually extremely helpful becuase it frees us from a cycle of performing and pretending.  Repentance is turning away from false gods, and faith is embracing the promises of God and trusting in him for life, happiness and meaning.

This talk explores Gospel Identity, the lifeblood of discipleship.  If following Jesus as a disciple means anything, its learning to escape the cycle of shame and guilt caused by sin and embrace your identity as a child of God within his kingdom, something Jesus' death and resurrection has made possible for you.

The invitation to be a disciple is related to Jesus' kingdom which he came to make real "on earth as it is in Heaven."  You can't understand discipleship without knowing what the Kingdom is about.  Pastor Ben also shares about the "Learning Circle," a way to use kairos moments to go deeper into the Kingdom.
